Returns, exchanges, defective parts. It happens but we have you covered, in almost all cases. A few exceptions may apply. Refer to the policies below.
Returns, exchanges, and defective parts

Returns
New parts must be in their original condition
No returns without a receipt
No returns on electrical parts
No returns on open gaskets
Restocking fee on parts returned after 90 days
Core returns must be returned in original box
Any refunds must be credited to account, or to debit or credit card
Defective
Defective parts unfortunately happen, when returning them please follow these policies:
Part must be accompanied by original receipt
Must not be damaged due to INCORRECT installation
No labour will be paid out on defective parts
Warranty
Must be accompanied by original receipt
Warranty is limited only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
Limited warranty is given by the manufacturer and as a result, all terms and conditions are dictated as such.
Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper installation, alteration, or modification will not be covered.
Wholesale Accounts
WSI's wholesales accounts return policy differs from that above.
