Who we are
34 years ago, Wayne Scherr was operating a successful muffler shop in south Edmonton. His successful shop was purchasing large quantities of Bosal Muffler systems.
When his sales rep admired all of his stock on hand, Wayne joked that he was their new warehouser in Edmonton. As a result he became the Bosal warehouse for Edmonton.
That is how WSI first began. A small bay attached to The Muffler Centre as the warehouse for BOSAL exhaust.
They then added a few more product lines and a few more family members and 34 years later we have 5 locations and 150+ staff members.
WSI has always been a family company and strives to treat all their staff members and clients as one of the family.
Our client relationships have always been what has separated us from the rest. We are a local family operated auto parts distributor that partners with their clients to ensure the greatest success.

WSI is online and operates 5 locations in Alberta. Edmonton is home to our main warehouse with 80,000 sq.ft. of inventory.
WSI Lloydminster services that community as well as many smaller centres around Lloydminster.
Sherwood Park, Leduc and Camrose round out smaller communities that surround Edmonton.
In Calgary WSI has a mega store that we created to service Calgary better that ever before.
Our company continues to grow and adapt to the markets we serve. This can mean growth by opening new locations, or expanding inventory and staff at our current locations.
